Refund policy

Santa's Christmas Lights accepts returns when:

1. It is within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. The product has not been used and is in the original packaging.

There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. You must email us at info@santaschristmaslights.ca to let us know about any returns. No returns will be accepted without written authorization. You must print off your packing slip or order number and put it in the returned box. We will inspect all returns and issue a refund within 2 weeks of receiving the product back. 

We accept NO returns after December 1st.
