Shipping is FREE within Canada for all orders over $300. All orders under $300 will be charged $25 for shipping. 

The only exception is for the 1,000ft spools, we will quote you on shipping. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Apple Pay & PayPal.
  
• We accept etransfer or cash only for local pick up.

Santa's Christmas Lights accepts returns when:

1. It is within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. The product has not been used and is in the original packaging.

There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. You must email us at info@santaschristmaslights.ca to let us know about any returns. No returns will be accepted without written authorization. You must print off your packing slip or order number and put it in the returned box. We will inspect all returns and issue a refund within 2 weeks of receiving the product back. 

We accept NO returns after December 1st.

Missing Items Policy 

You must report any missing items within 48 hours of product delivery. After 48 hours you will be responcible for the items and will have to repurchase. 

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the  Import calculator for USA.

• The customs value is made up of:
• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.
